Will I get to speak to the GP?

No. Your call will be answered by an especially trained assistant. This assistant will provide you with good advice. This advice is always checked by the GP. The assistant will also make arrangements for a visit to the practice, or a doctor’s visit to your home, if this is deemed necessary.
